On receipt of your booking request, we will let you know where to send your deposit (a cheque guarantee of 200 euro) and where to collect the keys. Your cheque will be returned to you one week after the apartment has been checked.

Your booking is confirmed once have received your payment. The full amount of the rental must be paid three weeks before the start of your holiday, unless you choose to pay cash on arrival. The amounts quoted above include all taxes.



The rental period is from Saturday to Saturday. Latest leaving time is 10.00 AM, you may enter the apartment from 12.00 onwards.

Should you cancel your booking for whatever reason (and we can not find another tenant):

- More than 30 days before the booked period, you will lose the deposit

- Between 15 and 30 days: you will lose the deposit plus 25% of the rental Amount

- Less than 15 days: you will lose the deposit plus 50% of the rental Amount



We require our tenants to take care with the new furniture and bedding, not to smoke in the bedrooms and to leave the apartment as clean as they found it.



House trained pets are accepted (but only one at a time please). It is your responsibility not to let them climb on the beds or sofas.

You must let us know before your arrival , if you would like to hire:

A cleaner on your departure (30 euro) or if you yourselves will clean the apartment?
Bed linen (sheets and towels) to be changed once a week (13 euro per week and per person) or if you will bring your own linen?
